when it is cooked well..transfer to a serving plate ...
Ingredients
Chicken-500g
Onion-2 sliced
Ginger-1tsp
Garlic_1tsp
Fennel seeds-1tsp
Chilli powder -2Tsp
Turmeric powder -1tsp
Pepper powder -1tsp
Garam masala -1/2tsp
Curry leaves
Salt
Oil
Method
Grind ginger , garlic and fennel seeds in to a paste
Mix chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala ,salt and one sliced tomato to the grinded paste...and apply on the chicken pieces and marinate it
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion in it until its brown and crispy..add this to the marinated chicken pieces and mix thoroughly..
Heat oil in a pan and add some curry leaves
Add the marinated chicken pieces and allow it to cook for 10-15 keeping it covered, turning it every now and then...
when it is cooked well..transfer to a serving plate ...
