Coconut burfi
Ingredients
Sugar-1/4 cup
Condensed milk -1/4 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Butter -1 tsp
Food colour -2 drops(optional)
Dessicated coconut- 1 cup
Method
Heat a pan put sugar and condensed milk , when the sugar melts add butter ..
Add milk and let it boil slightly, add the food colour and then add the dessicated coconut and cook until it thickens..
Line a bowl with butter paper and transfer the cooked item to it and let it cool in refrigerator for 2 hours ...
Cut and serve the burfi....
