Chocolate- biscuit pudding

 Chocolate biscuit pudding 


Ingredients 

Milk

Biscuit - 1 packet (I used round Marie biscuit)

Cornflour -2 Tsp

Cream- 2 Tsp

Condensed milk -1/2 tin

Cocoa powder -2 tsp

Coffee powder -1 tsp

Milk Chocolate  - 150g(chop in to small pieces)

Method

Prepare cornflour slurry by mixing 1/4 cup milk with 2 Tsp cornflour..and keep aside

Mix 1/4 cup hot milk and coffee and keep aside for dipping the biscuit 

Boil 500ml milk in a pan, add cream, condensed milk and cocoa powder and mix thoroughly and add the cornflour slurry and cook till the mixture thickens.

Remove from stove and add the chocolate pieces and mix till it is well combined..

In a serving dish arrange a layer of biscuit after dipping it in the milk- coffee mixture..

spread the chocolate mixture over the biscuit  and repeat the same process.. biscuit and chocolate layer again

Grate chocolate over it and keep in refrigerator for 6 hours to set ..

You can grate some white chocolate also

Cut and serve it...
