 Tres leches cake



Ingredients

All purpose flour - 1/2 cup

Baking powder - 3/4 tsp

Egg - 1

Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup

Milk- 1/4 cup

For milk sauce

Milk - 1/2 cup

Condensed milk - 2/3 cup


Method  

Sift together flour and baking powder

In a bowl beat the egg white until soft peaks form and then add sugar beating continuously and then add egg yolk and beat again

Fold in the flour in to the beaten egg in 3 batches alternating with milk.

Pre heat the oven at 200 degree

Pour the cake mixture in to a cake pan and bake at 200 degree celsius for 20 minutes

Milk sauce--mix the milk and condensed milk

When the cake is cooled poke the cake with fork and pour the milk sauce over the cake and and refrigertae it for 1 hour and then pipe whipping cream over it and serve...

Can pour some milk sauce while serving also..
