Tender coconut pudding
Ingredients
tender coconut scraping - 200g (1 coconut)- grind it in to paste in mixie
milk - 500ml
china grass - 10 g
milkmaid - 1 tin
Method:
cut china grass in to small pieces put it in a pan, add 1/2 cup of water or tender coconut water and boil it until the china grass melts
heat milk in a pan , when it starts boiling add the milkmaid to it and cook it by stirring it continuously ..
switch of the flame and the china grass mixture and tender coconut paste to it and and mix it thoroughly. pour it in to a big bowl or small bowls and keep in refrigerator for 4 hours for setting..
decorate it with roasted cashew or praline or anything of ur choice and serve it....
