Seekh kebab

Ingredients 

Minced meat- lamb , beef or chicken - 1kg
Onion - 1
Green chilli -3
Mint leaves - 25 g
Coriander leaves- 25 g
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece
Garlic- 4-5  cloves
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 14 tsp
Red chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1tsp
Crushed coriander seeds- 1tsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
Corn flour - 1 tsp
Gram flour - 2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp

Oil for fryng

Method

Take a chopper put onion, green chilli, mint and coriander leaves and ginger- garlic and chop it fine..
Add minced meat , salt, and all the powders and other ingredients and salt and chop it until all well combined..
Transfer it to a bowl and cover and keep in refrigerator for 1 hour
Take a bamboo stick or skewer, take a small portion of the mixture and roll it around the stick...  with this you can make12- 15 kebabs
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry it and serve it....

You can also grill it in a grill pan or in oven and serve with mint chutney and mayo
