Najaf chicken 65
Ingredients
Chicken- 500g
Curd-1 cup
Kashmiri Chilli powder -2 Tsp
Coriander powder -1/2tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Tomato sauce- 100ml
Green chilli -5 cut in to thin slices
Curry leaves- 10 sprigs ..thinly sliced
Oil
Salt
butter - 1 Tsp
Method
➡️Take a bowl mix curd, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix thoroughly and marinate the chicken pieces in this and leave for 1 hour
➡️Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the chicken pieces only and leave the extra marinate for further use
➡️Heat butter in a pan and put the green chillies and curry leaves and saute nicely for a minute and pour the tomato sauce to it and mix thoroughly and then pour the left over marinate liquid to it and cook for 2 minutes and then put the fried chicken pieces to it and mix it and allow to cook for 2 minutes and remove from fire and serve it...
