Garlic bread
Ingredients:
all purpose flour / maida - 1 cup
warm milk- 1/4 cup
yeast - 1 tsp
sugar - 1tsp
garlic -6 cloves finely chopped
oregano - 1/2 tsp
oil - 1 tsp
butter - 2 tsp
finely chopped coriander leaves
mozzarella cheese
chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
finely chopped red and yellow bell pepper- 2 Tsp
Method :
Take warm milk in a bowl, add yeast and sugar to it and and wait for 10 minutes till yeast is activated.
Add salt, garlic, oregano, oil and maida and knead it in to a soft dough and cover and rest it for 2 hours till it becomes double in size
Melt butter and add garlic and coriander leaves and keep aside..
The garlic bread can be shaped according to ur wish
Take the dough , knead it again and flatten it with hand in to a round roti. brush the butter - garlic mixture over it .put the bell pepper over it and grate some mozzarella cheese, sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano . fold the roti in half and seal the edges
Transfer it to a baking tray, brush the butter- garlic mixture over it, sprinkle some chilli flakes and oregano. give small cuts on the surface.
Bake at 180 degree celsius for 15- 20 min till the outer becomes crispy
Take it out from the oven , brush butter over it again and serve it
