Fruit tart
Ingredients
digestive biscuits - 2 packet
melted butter - 50 g
milk - 500 ml
custard powder vanilla - 2 Tsp
milkmaid - 1 tin
fruits of choice
Method :
Powder the biscuits in a mixer and then mix it with melted butter and then transfer it to a tart pan and press it to the bottom and sides...keep it in refrigerator for 10 min to set
Boil milk in a pan, pour the milkmaid to it and stir nicely...mix the custard powder with little cold milk and then pour it to the boiling milk stirring continuously....when the mixture becomes thick remove from fire...
when slightly cooled pour it over the biscuit layer and allow to set in refrigerator..
Cut the fruits of choice in to thin slices and arrange it over the custard...
I have done with variety of fruits
