Snickers cheesecake in cup
Ingredients:
lotus biscuit - 200g
butter - 50 g
cream cheese - 200g
powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
biscoff cookie butter - 1 Tsp
caramel - 1/2 cup
whipping cream - 200 ml
snickers diced -3
method :
Powder the biscuit in a mixer ,add butter to it, mix it and put a layer in cup and refrigerate of 10 min.
Take cream cheese in a bowl, add powdered sugar to it and mix it thoroughly with a beater, add 1 Tsp of biscoff cookie butter , 1/2 cup caramel ,and vanilla essence and mix it with a beater. add 200 ml of whipping cream to it and beat again till the mixture is slightly thick...

Take the cup out of fridge , spoon the cream cheese mixture to it put some diced snicker to it and pipe some caramel and then again put a spoon of cream cheese mixture and finally garnish with pieces of snicker and caramel piped....put the cups in refrigerator and allow to set....serve after it cooled
